Beloved and Creepy Unicorn Songs

First off, have you played Robot Unicorn Attack? Go get a few rounds in before reading the rest of this. Good? OK. As much as I enjoy wasting time with the jumps and surges (and random dolphins...) my favorite part of this "twitchy" game is its song. It's so gleeful and random and dramatic... actually, it would be perfect for this week's assignment in Musical Theatre class, to write a stupid song. It's also inspired me to track down the other childhood ditties focusing on this horned beast -- for some reason, these never come out seeming entirely normal.

Robot Unicorn Attack song

Imagine my surprise that an established band would go to the trouble of actually making a recording of this, but it's such a guilty pleasure... "Aaaalways I wanna beee with you, and make belieeeve with you, and live in HARMONY HARMONY WHOAA LOOOVE!"

The Last Unicorn theme

Creepiest movie of my childhood. Tell me you don't shudder on "I'm aliiiiiive"?

Charlie the Unicorn

Remember this viral silliness from 2008? It's spawned fan-made sequels that bring back the leopluridon and the chattering idiot unicorns, and of course the cranky Charlie himself.

The Irish Rovers: "I'm A Unicorn"

Do you remember this from Sunday school?! The best way to learn the story of Noah's ark.
