Glee Covering Lady Gaga

If you're like me and on the edge of your seat waiting for the next season of Fox's hit show Glee to begin, here are some treats to make the anticipation even more palpable.

  • Lady Gaga is letting Glee cover one of her songs.
  • Lots of guest performers including Jonathan Groff (a former Spring Awakening star like Lea Michele), Neil Patrick Harris, and the return of Kristin Chenoweth.
  • Kurt gets a new boyfriend who creator Ryan Murphy says is " very different, but equally fabulous. I want them to be the power couple of the school." YES.
  • Puck (sans Mohawk) and Rachel will at least temporarily get back together.
  • 10 Madonna songs including one sung by Sue Sylvester--finally she gets to perform!
  • Romance between Kurt's single dad and Finn's single mom.
  • Possible appearance by Julia Roberts as well as a ton of other celebrities. Everyone wants to be on Glee. Obviously.

Yeah, it sounds like this season is going to be amazing... especially because all of the baby drama is (hopefully) over at last. And to close with some fun, E! reported a few Sue Sylvester lines that didn't make it to air but are still priceless: "Shut your mouth before I rape it." "Rachel wears floor length denim skirts that make her look like she's escaped from a polygamist compound." and "I will kick you square in the vagina."

If that doesn't get you excited for some show choir action, you just clearly have no soul. Glee returns to television April 13th.
