TONIGHT at 9pm, the drama begins and rolls on every night this week. While we couldn't get much out of the girl behind Loren when it comes to spoilers for Nick's new nightly drama Hollywood Heights, with a show this good, why would you want them? Instead, Brittany Underwood dishes on fan reaction, what makes Eddie and Loren a perfect match, and how to keep your cool- even when meeting Justin Timberlake By Terron R. Moore

So did you do anything cool for last week's special premiere?

BRITTANY UNDERWOOD: I went over to my friend’s house- I’d seen it before, but it’s nice to see it with other people and see their feedback! Everything was really positive, and then I went and saw what people were saying about Hollywood Heights when it was trending [on Twitter], and it was overall positive. A couple were saying, “oh, I’m not into it,” but nothing can ever please everybody, so I was just happy that the majority of the feedback was really positive and really excited that everyone was getting so into it.

As people who don't fall in love with their rock star idols every day, let's talk about Eddie and Loren!

Right?! It's so crazy- but that’s what beautiful about the story and the meaning of it. [It's two people who] relate on an artistic level. It’s not just like “I’m a super-huge fan and it would be really cool if I ever got to be with you!"  For Lauren, Eddie means more to her than that. His music really affects her and moves her in a way that makes her feel connected to him right off the bat. So for her to actually touch her hands in the first episode, you can see this surge of “oh my god, we just connected!"

How does Loren being with Eddie work out when he's currently got a girlfriend?

You’ll see as the show goes on that Eddie has to choose who to be with, which makes it more interesting than "he’s single, she’s single—let’s put them together." There’s gonna be conflict and struggle and obstacles. But I think it’s a good one! The great thing about our show is that there are a few other [main characters] that come in a few episodes later. They each have their own stories that intertwine and juicy secrets, which is what you expect out of a show like this of this format.  It’ll be interesting to see how it plays out!

So who's your real-life celebrity crush?

My celebrity crush? It’s always changing. It always depends upon what movie I’m watching! [laughs] For a while it was Gerard Butler—who was it recently?  I don’t even think I like anyone out right now! I think of Justin Timberlake when I was thinking of who it would just be crazy to meet, just because I think he’s also a cool person. I mean, I love his music, but seeing him on Saturday Night Live and in Friends with Benefits, you see his personality, and I feel like he would be a cool guy to hang out with.

What would happen if you did meet Justin?

I am so not a person that freaks out like Loren would, like some many people would.  I don’t know if that’s because I’m an actress… no, even so, I’ve never had a freakout moment with a celebrity. I think I’m good at being composed at the moment, but I'd definitely freak out with my friends, for sure!
