As the weather heats up and the work week winds down, I'm sure you're wondering what you could possibly do with those extra few hours tacked onto your weekend. Patron Silver Tequila (3 oz.) Julienne-sliced jalapeño with 2-3 seeds (2 pieces) Diced cucumber (6 small squares) Celery leaves (1 handful) Fresh squeezed lime juice (2 oz.) Confectioners' sugar (2 spoonfuls) Orange liqueur (2 oz.) Salt
If you're not in a muddling mood, pulse the julienne-sliced peppers, cucumbers, celery, lime juice and sugar in a blender. Mix with tequila and pour over ice into two salt-rimmed glasses. Garnish with a lime and sliced cucumber and enjoy with a friend!
