It's been a minute since we heard from Cali-trio Pac Div--194 days to be exact, if we're talking in terms of their official debut album The DiV--so some new sounds, especially in conjunction with usual cohort Swiff D, are always welcome. Thus, we have this new hammer-heavy record "Automatic" from the ether that, essentially, fits right in with the previous sounds of Pac Div's corpus.
Album Review: 'The Div' By Pac Div
"Automatic" is as sub-ready a track as you're going to find, almost pathetic through the headphones, so I suggest, if you're like me, avoid keeping it an inch from the ears and put it down to some kind of stronger sound system to catch the full effect. Yes, I know that might entail waiting to download the track, burn it to a CD/upload it to an MP3 player, and hitting up your car, but sometimes these things are necessary.
If you can't wait, here's "Automatic." No one knows where this one's coming from, but we'll keep our ears open.
