While men are off thinking about sex once every seven seconds (According to the Journal of Sex Research it's actually only about 20 times a day, but whatever), women are having more stylish day dreams about clothing, shoes and handbags.
Women think about fashion 91 times a day, according to a new study. That's every 11 minutes and 23 seconds, five times more than guys supposedly think about sex. Riiight…

Online retailer, Very.co.uk, surveyed 1000 British women between 18 and 25, discovering that on average the girls spent a total of one hour and 19 minutes with visions of designer labels dancing in their heads. According to Grazia Daily's math, That's 30 days out of the year. When I did the math, I got 20 days, unless the days are shorter in England, they're wrong. Either way, I think that number is a little low, but then again it's kind of my job to think about clothes 24/7. #SorryNotSorry!

Fashion expert Mark Heyes said this to the Daily Mail about the findings: "It sounds like a heck of a lot but when you look at it logically, the figure makes sense. Compared to 15 or 20 years ago, fashion is so engrained in our culture nowadays – it’s all around us and is rarely more than a glance away, from billboards to magazines, to TV and the Internet, not to mention the rise of celebrity and reality culture. What’s more," he adds, "thinking about fashion more often means we’re likely to dress better – and in my eyes that’s a good thing!"
