Lee is a very admirable, honest, genuine soul who writes from his heart. Yes I said "writes", because Lee unlike most artists writes 99.9% of all his songs!! Lee also has one great FamiLee (fans) that supports him in all he does. Why? Because he treats us with respect, gratitude, and honesty. 'American Idol' Winner Phillip Phillips Undergoes Surgery

Just two weeks after the American Idol finale, season 11 champ Phillip Phillips underwent surgery on Wednesday. The six-and-a-half hour surgery was to remove large kidney stones that were troubling him throughout the competition. The guitar-strumming cutie was in so much pain during his time on the show that at times he was thinking of quitting in order to have the surgery done, but he held on long enough to take home the Idol crown.

Phillips' rep told People that the surgery went well and he will make a full recovery in time for the Idols Live tour next month. The tour starts July 6 in Detroit and features Phillips as well as runner-up Jessi ca Sanchez and the rest of the top 10 Idol finalists.
