Miley is only 19 and Liam 22 but heck--who wouldn't say yes to that Aussie actor if he proposed? The two just announced the exciting news on Wednesday after three years of dating. But is the singer too young? That's the one big detail that everyone's been mulling over since the shocking moment happened. Yes, shocking.

Getting engaged at 19 is young but we citizens NEED TO RELAX. Or at least, that's what we get scolded to calm down about situations like this. We have to think of it as normal because of Hollywood standards. Therefore, no, maybe its not that off for taking the next step in their relationship. As long as its a long engagement, that is. A source tells RadarOnline that dad Billy Ray Cyrus is thrilled but hopes Miley waits a bit before walking down the aisle.
