Cookology
These are the easiest things in the world to make! In a large bowl, mix: - 1 package of ground chicken - 1 chopped red onion - 1 package of crumbled low fat feta cheese - 1/2 lemon, juiced - 1/2 cup panko - fresh chopped cilantro (a solid handful) - fresh chopped basil (a solid handful) - salt and pepper to season Form patties, and put on baking sheet in the oven (350 degrees). Cook for an hour (depending on size of patty). For the thyme aoili, blend: - mayo - olive oil - thyme - herbs du provence - rosemary - lemon - salt and pepper To serve, place burgers on fresh lettuce, and then top with aioli. If you want, add some crispy bacon to the top!
