There will be five gymnasts on each team at the London Games, down from six in China, forcing some traditional powerhouses to alter their strategy and others to make some very tough choices.
"Somebody who is world-class may not make the team," said Martha Karolyi, coordinator of the U.S. women's team. "That's a shame."
