Gabriel commented on Giancarlo Stanton Monster Homerun Sunday Versus the Cubs:
“Amazing home run. Few players in baseball can hit that ball so hard and far. Can't wait for Stanton to earn freedom from the glorified AAA team Marlins and play for a real MLB club.”
I always like to see streakers get their money's worth when they get onto baseball fields. Often though, it seems like the streakers don't approach their task with enough forethought or planning. If you're going to take on the sizeable legal burden that awaits you after the fact, you may as well think of at least five or six cool things to do, in case you're able to avoid capture for long enough.
This fella who dashed onto the field prior to the final out of the Yankees-Tigers game had a clear idea in mind, to give Nick Swisher a fist bump, but was ill-prepared for the next 60 second he spent on the field.
Comerica Park security know well how large the outfield is, and declined to chase the gentleman around the grassy expanse. So the gentleman ran around for a bit, tired himself out, then moseyed on toward the infield where agents of law and order awaited him. The streaker had energy enough left to shuck a couple Barry Sanders moves before he was tackled en masse.
But just think of all the great stuff he could have done in those 60 seconds... cartwheels, rolling around the grass, headstands, snow angels, moonwalking, the Charleston. THE CHARLESTON!!!
But I guess the fist bump and the running around was cool too.
So all this is to say, if you want to waste the next two minutes of you life watching some numbskull run around the Comerica Park outfield, b my guest. But I strongly suggest that you instead spend your time watching these other videos of people doing The Charleston. Maybe imagine this other fella doing it in the Comerica Park outfield... or better yet, imagine you doing the Charleston in Comerica Park outfield. And next time you're at a game, try to work up a little nerve.
Make dreams come true, you guys.

Anthony Schneck:
So disappointing when people "streak" fully clothed. Really taking the easy way out with that one. Put some effort into it if you're going to run onto the field. Breakaway sweats with nothing underneath, you guys.

It's hilarious how the guy tries to weave his way out of getting tackled
