Over the course of their 25-plus year career, Radiohead have taken more than a few nods from independent rock forefathers R.E.M. Thom Yorke & Co.'s early, pre-Pablo Honey demos boast a more than passing resemblance to their trademark jangle rock sound… Michael Stipe famously inspired the lyrics to Kid A's "How To Disappear Completely"… hell, Thom even lifted Stipe's crazy spastic dancing schtick.
In a brief tribute to the R.E.M. frontman (reportedly in attendance), Radiohead slipped a little bit of "The One I Love" into "Everything In Its Right Place" during their Friday night show at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Check it out below.
