After announcing plans in April to launch a wedding collection, Topshop has followed through with a line designed by designer Richard Nicoll. Available in stores in just a few days, the Tie The Knot bridal collaboration is a first for both Nicoll and Topshop.
The designer told Vogue UK, "I proposed the idea after my spring/summer 2012 show. I liked the idea of making an affordable alternative to meringue culture. The dresses are marketed as bridal but would be equally suitable as bridesmaid or cocktail dresses."
All simple, clean lines and totally subtle, the collection is all about white lace and bustier detailing on simple t-shirt dresses, slip and floor length skirts. For anywhere from $120 to $550, you can either be the bride who dares to go casual chic, the bitch wearing white at the next wedding on your calendar, or the girl the wearing the perfect summer dress for your next summer shindig. Take a look at the adorable collection below.
