Another health scare that seems entirely unfounded but will probably freak us out enough that we abide by the insane new "guidelines" - just what we needed! Though skinny has become the standard fit for jeans, they may be hazardous to your health. Studies say that once they cross the line into too-tight territory, skinny jeans can damage nerve endings. Doctors suggest avoiding the skinnies with high heels combo (to keep the axis of your pelvis aligned, or something like that) and to opt for stretch whenever possible. If you feel numbness or tingling, take them off! Or risk permanent nerve damage. You hear me, Kim Kardashian?
