Mark Zuckerberg Changes Status To 'Married,' Weds Longtime Girlfriend

Priscilla Chan officially became a very lucky woman on Saturday when she wed the guy that dropped the 'the' and is worth a whopping $19 billion. Yep, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has just changed his status to married. He and Chan wed on Saturday after dating for nine years. 

The wedding was announced of course, on his Facebook page, with thousands of people instantly 'liking' the news. The two wed in their very own backyard in Palo Alto, Calif., in front of some very surprised guests! The attendance list that amounted to less than 100 were blindsided by the big event. They at first thought they were only coming over to celebrate Chan's graduation from UCSF medical school. 

Mark, 28, designed the ruby wedding ring himself for Chan who seems to be quite the keeper. After all, the two met while attending Harvard together way before he created the social network.

Congratulations to the happy couple! Wonder how old their first child will be when he or she creates their own profile on the site.
