So, good tidings came earlier today in Philadelphia as Jay-Z announced that he'd be hosting the "Made In America" music festival that will showcase thirty different artists on Memorial Day (the line-up will be announced next Monday, May 21), and while that's all good and dandy, a small piece of information in his speech is, well, f*cking awful.
Here's what he stated. It speaks for itself:
“I thought I would be more inspired to have all these new feelings to talk about, but I really just want to hang out with my daughter. I want to enjoy this time for what it is. I'm sure that bug to get back in the studio will come back at some point."
So, don't expect anything from Jay anytime soon, even though Jahlil Beats just got finished telling XXL that he and Hov were working together...
