Perfect timing! Model Sasha Pivovarova became a mommy Mother's Day weekend when she welcomed her first baby with photographer Igor Vishnyakov. After an extended hiatus from the runway, Sasha tweeted a photo of herself nine months pregnant having apparently sidestepped the requisite bloating.  If her photo was any indication, surely she'll be back on the runways for the September shows looking perfect, yet again.
