This story is still a bit fuzzy around the edges, but in light of the myriad child sex scandals that have populated the sports world over the past several months, we figure we might as well bring you news that Denver Nuggets forward Chris "Birdman" Andersen is the target of a child pornography investigation. Or, as 9Wants to Know reports, Andersen's home is the target of an investigation into suspected internet criminal activity.
According to the report, police seized property belonging to Andersen but haven't arrested Birdman. Again, the details are hazy, and it appears that Andersen has been under investigation since at least February of this year.
We'll keep an eye on this story as it develops, and for obvious reasons we hope this is all some big mix-up. Our better judgment, however, tells us that police usually don't seize property after a three-month investigation (all the rage) if they have no evidence to back them up.
