I know this isn't SPN related, but I kinda need some advice guys. There's this house down below me, and I can see into their backyard and stuff, and theres this dog that they have, that i've never seen before, and it's been whining all day and all day yesterday. Yesterday I didn't think too much of it, in fact my brother and I thought it was a coyote, but today I looked out and theres a dog out there in a cage, a small one, and it's been whining and crying basically all day long so far. It doesn't have any water or food in the cage, and the owners are home because I can see the dog excitedly barking at the house, and a kid came out for a while, sat on the ground and kinda played with his toys then went back inside, so idk if I should do something? Or if I should just wait and maybe they put the dog in the cage for only a day or something? Just need some advice on what to do, because I don't want to jump the gun or anything. Thanks! And I love that Jared rescues dogs! I have a rescue dog and a rescue cat, so I can't bear to see any animal treated badly.
