I, for one, couldn't be happier that summer temperatures have started to touch New York. The air is warmer, people are smiling and hemlines are hiking up, but with the switch from winter workwear to summer attire, what's considered appropriate for the workplace when you're sweating your ass off in 80 degree temps?
