As you've surely heard by now, legendary television personality Dick Clark passed away from a reported heart attack earlier today. He was 82 years old. Known primarily in recent years as the host of Times Square's New Year's Rockin' Eve, music fans will always remember Clark as the long-time host of the iconic music variety show American Bandstand. Aired in various incarnations from 1952 until 1989, the Top 40 showcase (hosted by Clark for a remarkable 33 years) introduced American teenagers to everyone from Paul Anka to "Weird Al" Yankovic.
