Heidi Klum Officially Files For Divorce From Seal

Heidi Klum has officially taken the next step to end her marriage to Seal. The two first announced their separation in February. Since then the public went on to hear rumors that Heidi couldn't stand his temper and photographs surfaced of the "Kiss From A Rose" singer still wearing his ring.

"While we enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching, we have decided to separate," the couple previously said to People. "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart."

The petition, listing irreconcilable differences, was filed on Friday at the in Los Angeles Superior Court. Heidi is asking for joint legal custody with visitation rights for Seal. Overall, she is seeking primary physical custody of their four children.
