While chatting with The New York Times' Dave Itzkoff, she finally revealed how she felt during that time. "I felt really bad for someone who is swimming in so much hate," she said. Miley Cyrus' mom has pulled the plug on her marriage. According to TMZ, Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce from Billy Ray two years after Ray dropped his divorce filing in March 2011. But it gets worse. It looks like Miley's relationship with her father is strained. "Billy Ray Cyrus, since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" the 20-year-old singer tweeted Ray Thursday. The court papers cite "irreconcilable differences" and Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody of their child, Noah. Jessica Simpson couldn't hide her baby bump when she was in and out of airport security and now she can't hide the name of her baby girl! The singer is still pregnant (yes, seems like 12 months) but now In Touch is reporting that there's no more secrecy on what she and fiance Eric Johnson will be calling the little one.

The name will be...Maxwell!

Yes, it is still a girl. The couple will be calling her Maxi for short. The name is adorable, decently unique and nontraditional--which is exactly what Jessica said it was going to be. When she posed nude for Elle she said, "It's nothing shocking and nothing you'll have to add to the dictionary. Still, when people hear it, they'll know...why."

Yep, we do. Maxwell just so happens to be Eric's middle name and his grandmother's maiden name. "Jessica wanted a name with meaning," a friend says.

Celebrities are known for their unusual baby names but Maxwell isn't half bad compared to the rest. Hopefully the Fashion Star judge pops soon so the name can officially be confirmed by the mom herself!
