Could it be? Is Drew Barrymore pregnant? Well, from the looks of it she very well can be. The actress was recently spotted with fiance Will Kopelman leaving a doctor's office in Beverly Hills last week. The fact that the two went together should have tipped the public off but what is more revealing is the possible sonogram that Drew's holding in her hand.

The couple announced their engagement in early January and the idea that Drew has wanted to start a family quickly isn't new. TMZ reached out to her rep but they replied back with a "no comment."
She's definitely preggers. What else could that be in her hand? Sadly, it doesn't seem like she could keep it a secret now even if she wanted to.
