Who?
DJ/Producer Morgan Page.
Sounds Like:
Warm, tuneful electronic pop music with a deep background in post-millennial house and trance. Born and raised in Vermont, Page began building and recording dance music in his early teens, attracting the attention of local radio DJs and eventually landing a DJ gig of his own at the University of Vermont. After generating online buzz with 2005's bootleg Cease And Desist, Page signed with Nettwerk and released his 2008 debut album Elevate (featuring hit single "The Longest Road"—the Deadmau5 remix was nominated for a Grammy the following year). Second album Believe and a second Grammy nomination followed in 2010 and 2011 respectively—new album In The Air (featuring guest spots by Tegan And Sara, Angela McCluskey, and others) drops April 3.
