Macaulay Culkin, 31, stepped out in New York City Wednesday afternoon looking awfully haggard and unhealthy. The Home Alone star doesn't appear in public as much as other celebrities so this snapshot is sure to start up controversy on if the actor is okay or not.

Entertainment Tonight snagged the picture of Culkin holding a can of Red Bull. While on his stroll he apparently posed for a picture with a fan as well.
This appearance comes on the heels of his ex-girlfriend Mila Kunis being seen leaving a Los Angeles gym. The two split after eight years together in January 2011 and haven't gone public with anyone else since.
Culkin will appear in the British film Service Man that's set to release in 2013. Hopefully the military action project is the reason for the drastic change.
