Alright, so everyone remembers last year, around this time actually, when Eminem made his commercial debut with Crystler in the "Born of Fire" television ads, and since that whole marriage began, it's pretty obvious that Em's been cleaning up cash-wise, at least for the minute.
So goes the story, a man named Stephen Lee Pieck from Ossining in Westchester New York filed a lawsuit against Em over the commercials back on January 12, claiming that they were stolen during a phone conversation with Eminem while he was having dinner with Jordon Bratman and Christina Aguilera at Legal Seafood in White Plains New York, on September 9, 2009. That's some pretty exact sh*t, so much to the point that it has to be a lie, especially considering that (here's the kicker) this Pieck fellow listed his address as "homeless" before pleading his case to the court.
Em's camp has yet to say anything over the matter, though it's pretty obvious where this one's going. What I want to hear is Christina Aguilera's reaction to having supposedly dined with a "homeless" man...
