K.R.I.T. began leaking out the details of his upcoming mixtape 4evaNaDay earlier this week, dropping off a rough tracklist and the cover art yesterday, and, as was predicted, we've now got the first single from the tape titled "Boobie Miles" that continues on with that "Hometown Hero" Friday Night Lights theme we've seen in his discography.
"Boobie Miles" is your usual K.R.I.T. endurance record driven by a strong saxophone lead and jazz-inspired drumwork, giving a vibrant emotion to the sounds and showing off K.R.I.T.'s continued improvement as a producer.
Here's what he had to say about the track:
"The 1st song I wanted 2 release from #4evaNaDay is called Boobie Miles. It’s about over coming all the obstacles that block your dreams, the sacrifices that come with how hard you have to go to obtain your goal, giving your all no matter what the situation, the only difference between a winner N a loser is a winner plays until he wins – K.R.I.T."
Here's "Boobie Miles," give it a listen, throw up your thoughts. 4evaNaDay drops on Feb. 20, so mark it down.
