I can't say I'm an avid watcher of Project Runway, but I can admit that Christian Siriano was one of my favorites. The Project Runway alum has been off creating his own collections for stars like Christina Hendricks and making friends with - go figure - Mena Suvari (I KNOW!).
Mena is the new face of Christian’s spring 2012 line and though I had my doubts, the 32-year-old actress looks amazing in the clothes. The campaign was shot at the Soho Grand Hotel in NYC and highlight Mena’s playful side, while accompanying video shows her twirling and jumping on a couch while wearing Siriano’s ball gowns and a chic pair of sunglasses.
Though Siriano’s staples of ruffles and tulle are markedly absent, I believe it makes the mischievous shoot work. Instead, the gowns are long and flowy which allow the eradicate behavior to compliment the clothes! Loving Christian Siriano’s spring line as much as I am? Take a look at the video below.
