Lindsay Lohan seemed to be having a decent few weeks there, but alas, the Screen Actors Guild awards happened and that means after parties. The actress stayed out late Sunday night after the event and three witnesses are now stating that they saw her hitting the bottle a little too hard. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner would not be pleased. Just a few weeks ago on Jan. 17 it was reported that the judge thought Lindsay was doing great on probation and that she should just keep up what she's doing.
Well according to RadarOnline, it looks like her ways have changed once again. And she did it all while wearing no bra while hanging out at Chateau Marmont. Here's what the witnesses had to say:
Witness 1
“Lindsay was spotted going to the restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions in a short amount of time. When the two of them emerged from the bathroom, Lindsay was giggling and her nose appeared red. Lindsay was spotted only drinking water in the lounge area, but she appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence. Lindsay’s eyes were glassy and her pupils were constricted.”
Witness 2
“(Lindsay) was definitely on something. She was slurring her words, and needed help walking at one point.”
Witness 3
“Lindsay was sitting on a chair adjacent to Harvey Weinstein’s party - his was roped off and she didn’t get past the rope. So she sat on the other side looking over. She looked bedraggled and desperate.”
Are these real sightings or just exaggerated? Could she have just been sipping water all night? There's been no response yet to these accusations but there seemed to be a moving van outside her Venice Beach home on Tuesday. Is she taking the binge fest elsewhere?
