Machine Gun Kelly Weighs In On Diddy's Mental Breakdown

On Jan 31, 2012

If you're running behind on this whole Machine Gun Kelly (the rapper, not the mobster) case, I'll give you a quick recap before we hit the current news: MGK was arrested, MGK was released, Diddy freaked the f*ck out on Twitter, and that's about it. Here's a sample tweet from Diddy:

"@machinegunkelly Wtf!!!!!! Call me at miami crib now!!!!! Everyone hit him and tell him to call me NOW!!!!! Pls thanks!!!!"

That should paint the picture. Now, moving to the present where everything is once again pristine, Machine Gun Kelly weighed in on the deal in an interview with MTV.

"You can tell he's, like, playful with it, but there's a serious tone behind [it]," he said. "I talked to Puff today, and he's like, 'It's all good. Do what you do. You did what you had to do.'"

The whole mix-up came from a miscommunication where Diddy was told that MGK was in the car with his friend the night before who was arrested for drunk driving when he, obviously, crashed his car.

"He thought I was in the car too, so he thought I got arrested twice. It was like the first arrest was cool, like, all right, he'll let it slide. But when he [thought it was two arrests], he was like, 'What the f---? You got arrested two times? Something is wrong with you, man,'" he said. "He was, like, spazzing out. I think all the label is on edge about how we rock."

Here's some video proof:
