The Screen Actors Guild awards. The award show right after the Golden Globes that sets us up and makes us look forward to the Academy Awards that will be premiering on Feb. 26. The SAGs honors the best in film and television but in essence, is all the same behind the scenes. The celebrities get dressed to perfection, they walk the red carpet and the champagne is flowing throughout the night.
So here's to the best moments of the night that you may have missed.

The red carpet fashion trends
- J. Edgar's Armie Hammer chatting about baked goods during an interview a week after his marijuana bust in Texas surfaced.
- Kyra Sedgwick reveals that she has matching initial tattoos with husband Kevin Bacon.
- Michelle Williams states that she likes to keep her red carpet moments separate from her daughter Matilda and being a mom.
- Best Buds: George Clooney, Stacy Keibler, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt all greet one other when they arrive to the red carpet. Emily and Stacy prefer a double kiss cheek with one another.
- Sofia Vergara jokes that many people adore her boobs, but another asset she enjoys is her butt.
- John Krasinski does a little shimmy on camera and gets all embarrassed. All because Emily called him out for being a fantastic dancer.
- Glee's Jane Lynch knows how to juggle in heels.
- Meryl Streep must love Steve Carell's work, because she ran off after her interview to give him a big hug and it looked like she was doing all the talking.
- Dianna Agron reveals that she met Meryl two years ago and co-stars Chris Colfer and Amber Riley were so intrigued that they jumped right in on the conversation.
- Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are looking for a new project to do together. After all, it's been awhile since the Mr. and Mrs. Smith days.
- Did anyone catch those two kissing and showing a lot of PDA throughout the night? #Finally
- During a presenter moment the audience found out that Tina Fey worked on her schools newspaper, Edie Falco worked as a party planner dressed up as Cookie Monster, Julie Bower once studied the Italian Renaissance and Sofia Vergara studied pre-dentistry.
- How do you play the Bridesmaids drinking game? Take a shot every time you hear the name 'Scorsese.' Melissa McCarthy must have gotten pretty tipsy on stage.
- Steve Carell didn't win for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy series again. Alec Baldwin for 30 Rock took it home.
- Was that Dustin Hoffman's daughter attending the event with rumored boyfriend Jonah Hill?
- Octavia Spencer brought old friend and Cougar Town actor Josh Hopkins as her plus one.
- Steve Buscemi brought his wine up on stage to retrieve his award and Tina Fey finished it off for him.
