'Mass Effect 3' Special Forces Multiplayer Trailer Will Make You Believe

The Ology Team .
GeekOlogy

It's possible, GeekOlogist, that you're one of the Mass Effect 3 single-player holdouts, dutifully rejecting the upcoming game's multiplayer mode out of loyalty to BioWare's prior efforts. I think that's noble and all, but I'm still about to blow your mind with this new Special Forces multiplayer trailer for ME3. Non-human races? They're all in there. Co-op gameplay? More than you can shake a futuristic rifle at. Sense of galaxy-wide conflict on an epic scale? You know it. Watch this trailer and hear your inner krogan/turian/whatever crying out with joy. Crying out, people!

I have no idea how the co-op mode will be integrated with the single-player experience, but I imagine it'll have something to do with all that "Galaxy at War" functionality we've been hearing about. The only thing I'm hoping for is playable renegade Geth here in the multiplayer mode. There are some ME2 choices that make this a legit thing that could happen, right? ... Right?

I'm going to go hibernate now. Wake me up ME3 is released!
