Lindsay Lohan, will you ever be able to leave your troubled past behind?

Back in 2010, the actress could have been given the worst driver award. If she was behind the wheel, people needed to be out of the street. Unfortunately, nanny Nubia Del Carmen Preza thought red lights would keep her safe from Lohan's horrible driving abilities.

Now according to Us Weekly, the nanny is suing Lohan for unspecified damages stemming from a Septemeber 2010 crash. At the time of the car crash, Preza was pushing a stroller across a West Hollywood intersection when the actress, in her Maserati, ran a red light and crashed into her.

Preza claims that she was hurt and suffered "'disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish," and is seeking damages for medical bills and missed hours of work." The child in the stroller was not injured, thankfully.

Lohan's spokesman did not comment except to say that they've been served with the lawsuit. He should have
