During this season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, viewers learned more about Taylor Armstrong. Although she tried to hide it, her castmates confronted her about the abuse her then husband Russell inflicted on her. Now, months after the divorce and his untimely death, the reality star has decided to tell all in a memoir.
In her book titled Hiding From Reality, Armstrong admits that Russell showed some disturbing signs long before they married one another. When they first met he "did a background check, posing as a potential employer to call her college." He also planted a recording device in her office. When confronted about these antics, he told Armstrong that he had been burned by ladies in the past and wanted to make sure she was different.
Even after getting to know her and marrying her, he continued to invade her privacy.
"I went into my email settings and found that he had set it up so that all of my emails were forwarded to him the moment I received them," Armstrong writes in her book. She never changed the setting or confronted Russell because she thought it would only cause more problems.
Ever since Russell's suicide, Armstrong has used alcohol to cope with her pain. Her friends and family want her to enter rehab. However, she worries that will take time away from her daughter and risk a future role on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
