Evanescence's self-titled third album is out now.
Believe me, I tried my damnedest... I really did, honest... but in the end, I couldn't keep my eyes away from the new Evanescence music video for "My Heart Is Broken". Yes, their music is still the same cookie-cutter goth-tinged hard rock pop it was 10 years, but frontwoman Amy Lee is also still the friggin' cutest human being on the face of the planet... hence my "to stream or not to stream, that is the question" dilemma.

I'll be off listening to some pompous, pretentious art rock band no one's ever heard of in serious penance for a bit, but the rest of you can feel free to check out "My Heart Is Broken" below:

Here's what everyone's piano-pounding dream girl had to say about it:
"We're playing with fiber optics, and so it's basically like I'm drawing the world around me from nothingness, and when I draw things with my hands, it's like they actually come to life... It's a lot of fun creating this surreal dream world, and the guys' performance is sort of like the dream within the dream, in an abyss of darkness; it's very cool."
Heavy sigh... I can't stop loving you, Amy. I'm really sorry that I have no idea what you're talking about and that your new album doesn't sound like Portishead the way you promised it would.
