Now that the second season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has ended, producers have already started thinking about the next installment, and who to include. While personalities like Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump with most likely earn a spot in the third season, the same can not be said for Taylor Armstrong.
After a year that chronicled her crumbling marriage and the death of her ex husband Russell, the star received criticism for appearing on the show. Viewers felt she tried to capitalize on her ex husband's suicide and took advantage of a truly s*itty situation. Bravo also received backlash for allowing Armstrong to appear on the show and make such strong claims against her ex husband, making her a liability. Because of this, the network's heads have started to reconsider her role in the show, and this scares her.
"Taylor is absolutely freaked out at the possibility of not returning for a third season," a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. "She is fearful that producers of the show are going to cut her...Taylor needs this job, she doesn't have any other source of income period."
Producers may also let Armstrong leave the show to deal with her recent alcohol addiction. Friends of the star want her to seek treatment, but she refuses to do so. Maybe a threat from Bravo will be the push she needs.
Armstrong may not be the only one leaving Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Camille Grammer also plans on leaving the show to pursue other career opportunities.
