Let's face it. Most fans out there didn't even know Beyonce and Jay-Z's last name until Blue Ivy Carter arrived! The couple officially announced the birth of their very first child and daughter Monday afternoon and now THIS picture is surfacing! Could it be the real deal? Is this the second coming?
Immediately after Beyonce gave birth, Jay-Z became so overcome with joy that he headed over to his music studio to lay a track down about Blue's arrival. The "Glory" song revealed a possible past miscarriage but it also revealed perhaps the first cries of Blue. It was emotional, sweet and clearly showed that Jay-Z is a proud dad.

It has only been three days but people are still eager for a picture of Beyonce and her little girl that may never come. Until now. Here's a shot someone uploaded onto lockerz.com that could easily be a fake (probably is), but Beyonce's appearance is very similar to the way she looked in other recent pictures. Note the pushed back hair with flawless untouched and makeup-free skin.
If this really is the very first picture of Blue Ivy Carter to surface, then it quite possibly might be leaked, because it's been reported that both Beyonce and Jay-Z have not been negotiating with media outlets for a photo spread. Blue Ivy may have debuted on "Glory," but her parents probably want to keep her out of the public eye as much as possible.
