It seems that Michaele Salahi doesn't know what she wants. Just a few months after leaving her husband Tareq Salahi for the arms of Journey guitarist Neal Schon, she's having second thoughts. The Salahis gained fame on the short-lived The Real Housewives of D.C., during which they infamously crashed a White House dinner and even met President Obama.
A stunned Tareq Salahi opened the door the day after Thanksgiving to find his former flame right there. As he recounted in an interview with RumorFix, she cried her heart out and implied that perhaps they could get back together. "She apologized to me for what was done. She started crying, we both started crying," he said. "Do you really want a divorce?" she asked him. The two-hour reunion between the two ended with a hug that "was the hug of lovers." That wasn't the end of her attempts to get back with him. She tearfully called him a bunch of times two weeks ago and even had her mom calling him.
Tareq Salahi wants you to know that he's having none of it. He's a real man now and won't be taking back his trophy wife, a wife who ran away from their marriage like a lovesick teenager for an aging rocker who likes to take nude photos of himself. "Good riddance to 2011. I'm really looking forward to putting this in my past," he gleefully said. Something tells me that after Michaele Salahi sees how he's blabbed her desperate antics to everyone, she'll have second thoughts about ever contacting him again. It's back to being a groupie for her.
Reality TV fans, do you think it's really over between the two?
