Lauren Conrad and Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Derek Hough were spotted catching up during a night out in Hollywood recently. The two came separately but Derek of course couldn't leave without saying hello to his old flame.
According toPeople, the two bumped into each other at Beacher's Madhouse and Lauren couldn't contain her excitement. How could one tell? She apparently seemed giddy when he approached her and even was rubbing his face. Many loved these two together so one would hope that there's a possibility to reconnect but don't hold your breath. An onlooker states, "It didn't appear like they were rekindling anything romantically."
Lauren and Derek only dated for a few months and for most of the relationship they tried to keep low key. One of their main hang outs together consisted of just heading to a local nightclub and later canoodling outside waiting for their cars to be driven around. Seriously, there's video to prove it.
Since then Lauren has moved on and seems to just be having fun and living the single life. As in that whole make out session with Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford. Derek seems to be single himself and because they remain friends, it would be interesting to see if Lauren ever signs up for DWTS. Come on, Kristin Cavallari did it. She should follow suit.
