Lady Gaga may be one of the world's most famous and talented entertainers but even she can't help but be amazed at the wonder that is Tim Tebow. Instead of spending her Sunday doing things that us mere mortals can only dream of, the singer apparently plopped herself down on a comfy couch or bar stool and watched the Denver Broncos quarterback lead his team to victory over the favored Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime.
"Giants fan but wow. #Tebow. That's what the f*ck a champion looks like," she tweeted Sunday night. It's not clear whether the quarterback has any love in return for Lady Gaga, considering that he's super religious and probably doesn't agree with some of the singer's controversial statements about institutionalized religion and use of religious imagery in her videos. She's dressed up as a nun being spanked by a priest in her Gaga by Gaultier documentary, ate a rosary in her "Alejandro" music video, and was a modern-day Mary Magdalene in her video for "Judas."
Still, not just anyone can get such a nice compliment from the pop superstar, even if it includes the F word. Perhaps Tim Tebow isn't as straight-laced as we think he is and secretly loves to belt out Lady Gaga songs on karaoke.
