Yesterday was Wednesday. A time when the Natalie Wood case was supposedly being closed. Today is Thursday. A day when reps on the matter have truly become flip floppers, not knowing what to tell the public. According to MSNBC, the spokesperson for the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department was misinformed when they told Access Hollywood Wednesday that there was nothing left to be done for the 1981 boat accident tragedy. Steven Whitmore, another LASD spokesperson, is now coming forward stating that it's "open and they are working on it."
The Natalie Wood case is confusing enough. The sailor has come forward and a woman on another boat close by heard screams that night. It's been rumored that Wagner and Christopher Walken also were on the outs that night. Do the reps involved really have to continue changing their minds about the situation?
Wagner may want to breathe a sigh of relief already but the dismissed drowning of Natalie is too much to push aside. Viewers who've been watching this investigation pan out are sure to want answers.
