How many windows/apps do you have open when you are on your computer, on average? Which do you consider the main window? Why?

I usually have like 3 windows open but on my main window I'll have like 5 tabs so that I can think of something look it up and come back or if I like something or have to do something i can keep the tab open and come back when I'm ready.

I normally have about 8 windows open (internet x 3, itunes, skype, photoshop, word processor) and I sort the internet ones by 1) things I want to read later 2) things that are important I do now 3) other. I would consider my third internet window my main window because I actively use it

usually about 4? I close them as often as I can if i'm not using something. It clutters the screen and I can never find what i'm looking for. Though the F3 button on my mac helps a lot, when I remember it's there

Right now I have about 7 windows open on my computer. Each a different application or Sarafi window with multiple tabs. My main window is the Safari with my E-mail open, it also has the most tabs so I can see when I get a new email immediately
