Yes, Paul McCartney's New Album Is Seriously Called 'Kisses On The Bottom'

The internet threw up in its mouth yesterday when word broke that Paul McCartney's forthcoming new studio album (his 15th to date) was definitely, absolutely, positively, officially titled Kisses On The Bottom. Yeah. Does it make you feel like you just walked in on your parents having sex on the living room couch? Me too.

Listen Up: "My Valentine" By Paul McCartney Feat. Eric Clapton

Paul hasn't yet offered up any explanation, clarification, or comments regarding the title. He has, however, revealed that the album will contain both new McCartney songs and a mixed bag of early 20th century love songs. ("This will sound like the years between 1920-1940," he explains.)

If first single "My Valentine" featuring Mr. Eric Clapton on acoustic guitar (take a listen above) is any indication, the album will be a gorgeously produced, lush and endearing collection of Paul McCartney music. Then again, if the title is any indication, it'll be the grossest thing he's done since "Why Don't We Do It In The Road". For my lunch's sake, I'm hoping for the earlier.

What do you guys think of Paul's peculiar new album title? Hit up our comments section below.
