Right before the holidays it was announced that Selena Gomez' mother Mandy had suffered a miscarriage. With the news going public fans of the singer immediately sent out their thoughts and prayers and now Selena has reached back out to them. On Monday Selena wrote on her Facebook page how grateful she is for all the support she's received during this difficult time.

She wrote, "Belated Merry Christmas everybody..I can't thank you enough for all of your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate every one of you.. I love you all so much and we hope you and your family had a beautiful Christmas!" She ended the message by revealing her unborn sister's name. " Love, Me, Momma, Brian and our guardian angel Scarlett. God bless."
