Have you ever posted / tweeted about a brand? Why? You hated the service/ product? Liked it? I have posted about a brand/service/product. I actively use yelp. If I am a fan- a huge fan and I love a product- I want everyone to know about it. I want everyone to use it - I want the product to thrive and succeed!Also, if I have had a bad experience and i'm in one of those I feel like "writing that letter" moments- i will let everyone know about it. Everyone loves to complaint don't they?I feel these are the only situations I am compelled to post - when it is falls on either end of the spectrum... If the experience or product was just OK or forgettable - I wont spend the time...

Chelsea Davison: I've definitely posted good and bad things about companies. Also, based on what friends have said on Facebook about brands, I have chosen to use or not use companies (for example, never using CollegeBoxes). Plus, all restaurants I try, I Yelp beforehand.
