Even Kurt Warner thinks Tim Tebow talks about Jesus too much. And that's really saying something, because Kurt Warner talked about Jesus non stop when he was in the NFL.
Last week, former Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer called Tebow out for all the God talk: "I think [Tebow's] a winner and I respect that about him," Plummer said. "I think that when he accepts the fact that we know that he loves Jesus Christ then I think I'll like him a little better. I don't hate him because of that, I just would rather not have to hear that every single time he takes a good snap or makes a good handoff ... like you know, I understand dude where you're coming from ... but he is a baller."

But that was pretty easily dismissed, since Plummer is a heathen. But when Kurt Warner thinks you talk about Jesus too much? Well, then you probably talk about Jesus too much.
"You can't help but cheer for a guy like that, Warner told the Arizona Republic about Tim Tebow. "But I'd tell him, 'Put down the boldness in regards to the words, and keep living the way you're living. Let your teammates do the talking for you. Let them cheer on your testimony.'
Warner went on to say that all of Tebow's Bible bashing is causing people to become callous to him.
Earlier this season, SportsOlogist Anthony Schneck speculated on what Bible verses Tim Tebow would wear on his eye black this season. Here's one verse we won't likely see on Tebow's eye black this year, because he apparently that page has been ripped out of his Bible:
Matthew 6:6: But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
