The most recent Carven collection was easily one of my personal favorites if you factor in the excessive amount of collars that were included, the chic, leather touches and how wearable it was compared to the other European houses. Considering I’m a shoe girl at heart, it should come as no surprise that the accessories were, in my opinion, the true show stealers. Guillaume Henry definitely had his hands full when designing the spring 2012 collection. For the accessories alone, Henry collaborated with three different companies - Les Néréides, Upla, and Robert Clergerie - to create an exclusive line of jewelry, platforms, and backpacks. Take a look at the accessories below.
I can't decide whether I like the black shoes in the platform or sandal style, but I suppose there's plenty of time to think about it until spring arrives. In the mean time, have fun drooling over bells, bows, and tropical colors as you bundle up for the colder weather.
