Dancing with the Stars, you slay me. Not because it was the special Halloween episode Monday night but because Tuesday's are quite busy over here and the results shows just drag on. This night was no different. There was dance numbers, performances and live shots of Justin Bieber's new haircut.
Yep, that's right. Justin performed two numbers and Boyz II Men helped him out. Not sure what was worse, the flock of seagulls on his head or the fact that the two artists actually sang a Christmas song because Justin's album just came out. Seriously, its not even Thanksgiving yet. But back to the haircut. Even all of the biggest Beliebers out there have to admit that when you did a quick glance toward the television screen you thought a girl was singing those tunes.
Now to the scores. Rob and Nancy start off the night with Rob staying and Nancy in jeopardy. Rob just admitted after the show last night that no one is particularly thrilled in his family about Kim's divorce news but they are supporting her in any decision she makes. Well, good for him and not letting the news hurt his performance. He stays in and deserves to be headed into next week. Nancy headed to the bottom, on the hand, is not much of a surprise. Last week she was lucky enough to stay out of the bottom but it was to be expected that votes would bring her back down again. She doesn't deserve it but at this point there's not a lot of other contestants that deserve to take the plunge either.
With only fifteen minutes to go its between J.R. and Ricki for another jeopardy round. Surprisingly, or not so surprising, both dancers are safe! It would have been insane for Ricki to go home being that her Little Red Riding Hood number was absolutely amazing. And even though J.R. didn't have his best performance, the viewers love him. He's not in jeopardy but for a split second he didn't know because he couldn't hear the announcement. The two are now a part of the final five. Right where they should be.
Then there's Hope and David. Maks in previous footage is still very mum on all of the feuding and was proud of Hope's Monday performance but hasn't been saying much. He hasn't even cracked a grin. That is, until Tom announces that Hope is safe. The goofy and lovable David isn't though which is absolutely ridiculous. He's been steady all season and Hope is now just coming out of her shell.
The bottom two come down to Nancy and David.
Nooooooooooooooooooo. [Slow motion.] Its time for Nancy Grace to go isn't it?
Yep...wait. NO. DAVID is eliminated! What?! Insane.
Literally was already typing out Tristan condolences when David's name was called out. David just wanted to have fun and he would have been the perfect fit in the final four. He's upset but starts rambling, 'This is my show...' and makes the audience laugh. A random joke or a Maks sting? David's elimination just shows that this DWTS season will be coming to an end sooner than we think. Five remain and only one more week until the final four is revealed.
SumOlogy: You'd think by now it would be obvious who should be sent home. Its not the audiences votes that are all over the place, its the lack of consistency with each teams performances.
Grade: 7/10
Leftovers
Derek howling, and howling, and howling.
Justin Bieber, please get a haircut.
Boyz II Men got old.
Nancy looks all upset when David is sent home. Is it because the crowd is booing and possibly wanted her to leave instead?
Final five: Hope, Rob, Nancy, Ricki and J.R. One of these contestants should not be there.
Is it me or is it a bit odd and funny looking back and seeing that the dancers were actually talking and yelling during their performances?

What do you think? Was the elimination just as shocking for you? Post back!
