We've brought you our list for the most anticipated video games, film events, weird events, and comics at New York Comic Con. Today, I bring you the most anticipated television panels, talks, exclusives, and sneak peeks. I don't know about you, but I'm pretty psyched. Below you'll find zombies, chuckles, intrigue, and more!
If you happen to find yourself at comic con this weekend, look for Ology and say hi. We're super friendly, I swear.
Pilot Screening: Locke & Key
Fox has been sitting on this cult classic for far too long. The comic book adaptation as been talked about for quite a while (early rumors put the premiere earlier this fall season) but here's a huge chance to see just what everyone is talking about. This morbid mystery was a huge hit at the SDCC earlier this year.
Mysterious Panel...: Comedy Central
This is all the description that Comedy Central gives us: "We’ve had a big year here at Comedy Central. So big, in fact, we’d like to give back to the fans by celebrating South Park’s Year of the Fan! We might be showing exclusive video outtakes from 6 Days To Air: The Making of South Park and we have another BIG surprise! As if that’s not enough, brush up on your South Park Trivia for a chance to win exclusive South Park memorabilia or just drop by for some free Cheesy Poofs. Recommended for mature audiences."
My bet (rather, hope) is that Matt Stone and Trey Parker are going to show up. I have no evidence to back this up.
New Television: The Heart, She Holler
I'm super excited to see one of my idols Patton Oswalt (and the incredible Kristen Schaal) talk about their upcoming Adult Swim comedy The Heart, She Holler. It's sure to be Adult Swims weirdest show yet, and that's saying something. Don't believe me? Check the trailer.
Guiltiest Pleasure: Paranormal State Q&A
Talk with host and paranormal expert Ryan Buell about ghosts and stuff. I wonder if he knows of any protocol that ghosts have in their haunting...
Bloodiest Panel: The Walking Dead
Comic creators and show creators will discuss the first season of the series, what they want to see in the second season, and even give you a sneak peek of the premiere on Sunday! But will they discuss the drama that happened earlier this summer with Frank Darabont?
